Client & agency relationship

From initial brief to delivery, I collaborate with and manage all relevant departments (strategic planning, social media, tech, creation, production…) to facilitate global orchestration of each campaign or project.

Creative Production

In collaboration with the production companies and the creative teams, I negociate production budgets and coordinate the implementation of global campaigns being the day-to-day client contact - from all aspects of pre-production, PPM, to attending shoots and supervising post-production, ensuring client / creative / budget requirements are met at all stages.

Account & Management

I negotiate fees and production budgets, as well as contracts with partners (procurement, providers..), ensuring profitability of each client and project.
